We want to let you know about some important changes to your health care with CareOregon. These changes are about the doctors or therapists you see for behavioral health care. That means both mental health or drug and alcohol help.
If your doctor or therapist isn’t part of our network, they won't be able to send bills to CareOregon anymore.
Our goal is to connect you with qualified and credentialed behavioral health providers. We want to create a network where you can access effective, high-quality care. This change supports our mission to provide you with effective clinical services.
Check to see if your doctor or therapist is in the CareOregon network. If they aren’t, ask if they can help you find a new one who is in the network. If your doctor or therapist can’t, we can help you. Look at our Provider Directory to see who is accepting new members.
If you can’t find a provider or have questions, please call Customer Service.
We know this may be hard, and we’re here to help. If you’re upset about this change or anything else, you can file a complaint. This is called a grievance. Call CareOregon Customer Service at 800-224-4840 (TTY 711).
