Rite Aid has recently announced the closure of 12 pharmacy locations in Oregon. This is part of the company's ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring efforts.  

Oregon Rite Aid closures as of May 22, 2025: 

• 4500 Commercial St, SE — Salem
• 1430 NW Garden Valley Blvd — Roseburg
• 1900 McLoughlin Blvd — Oregon City
• 16261 S Highway 101 — Harbor
• 2336 North Coast Highway — Newport
• 1400 W Sixth St — The Dalles
• 514 NE 181st Ave — Portland
• 2521 S Sixth St — Klamath Falls
• 700 SE Third St — Bend
• 728 SW Fourth Ave – Ontario
• 4041 NW Logan Road – Lincoln City
• 2049 W Cascade Ave – Hood River

Rite Aid is working to transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies. Customers may receive a letter from Rite Aid notifying them where their prescriptions were transferred to.
